Conveniently located in between Gastown and International Village in Chinatown. Less than a 10 minute walk from Stadium-Chinatown Station. This beautiful cozy studio is perfect for creative, beauty, headshots, ecommerce shoots and content creation for creatives. ** I DO NOT PROVIDE OR RENT OUT STROBES ** INFO: - Secured building - Free parking spot in building's secured parking lot ONLY ON WEEKENDS - Cafe on main level in building - 11ft ceilings (in shooting area - 9ft ceilings in lounge, makeup station, wardrobe station area) - Studio room approx 475 square feet INCLUDED in the studio rental: - Sandbags x4 - V-flats (one side white/one side black) x2 - Apple boxes big x2 - Apple boxes med x2 - Stools, wooden ladder, wooden step ladder, chairs - Autopole Backdrop Stands - Makeup station - Lounge/couch area - Wardrobe station - Bluetooth speakers - Light Modifiers for Bowens (strobes NOT included) - Umbrellas - C-stands & light stands - Reflectors - Grip heads - Super clamps - WHITE, GREY & BLACK SEAMLESS BACKDROPS CANNOT BE ON FLOOR (Additional fee if it's going to be used for full body portraits w/ people standing or props placed on it) - Free assistance on-site if needed (I will be around the building if you need me to assist your shoot or answer any questions) ADD-ONS: - Coloured seamless 9' backdrops (other than white, grey, black)

- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
