(1) OVERTIME: You will be billed overtime if you refuse to leave. (2) CLEANING / DAMAGES: Cleaning fee is $200. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to card on file. (3) FURNITURE: Please notify us in advance if you need to rent furniture to suit your event needs. (4) MISCELLANEOUS: Please use common sense. No glitter, smoke bombs, or confetti in our venue. No open flames or frying allowed. No cooking that will create a large amount of smoke or fire. No flushing paper towel down the toilets. Please advise guests of all ages. Please refrain from touching, marking, or destroying the fabrics on our projector screen. The projector screen is custom built with the finest blackout material for True 4K enjoyment. Do not take what is not yours. Missing items will be billed to the credit card on file. Damages will be billed to the credit card on file. Parking: Free front parking, free additional parking lot, free road parking. (5) ALCOHOL: SOP from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Private event or Sale Permit can be obtained from their website portal for the day of your event. Bartender with a smart serve permit is also required. You are required to present the certifications to the owner/venue prior to your booking date if you plan to distribute, consume, and sell liquor. You are liable for all fees, fines, penalties, damages, death associated with your negligence. You are to be held responsible and shall not hold the owner/venue liable for any damages, injuries, fines, penalties, lawsuits, or issues related to your event.
