Located in a former Storage Building with functioning freight elevator and individual use elevator, 10 foot ceilings with tons of natural South facing exposure, CN Tower Views. Perfect size for large gatherings (art events, bridal/baby showers, fitness classes) with ample room for extra seating, catering, etc. *PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING* Events have capacity limitations based on the type of event: - exercise class (yoga, mat pilates, etc.) has a maximum size of 20-25 people - fully seated events (dinner parties, events with tables and chairs) has a maximum capacity of 45 people - seated/standing mix has a maximum capacity of 50 people - fully standing has a maximum capacity of 70, with a guest list required for host and member of party at main door to help with flow of people The studio has 40 white padded chairs on hand and can rent more.
