French Colonial Home with a Huge Private Yard near Rose Bowl

Our home has great curb appeal and is set on a quiet tree lined residential street, located in back of the Gamble House and just up the street from the Rose Bowl. We are only 1 mile away from Old Town Pasadena. We have a good sized front yard with a hammock strung across our large trees, and a huge backyard with a pool, grass area, and many large trees. We also have an out door lounge area with a small outdoor bar. As for the interior, we have a living room with a built in bookcase and fireplace, a family with large windows that over look the garden, a formal dining room, and a kitchen breakfast room.. Our home would be ideal for film / tv / photo shoots. It is a corner house, and, therefore, you can park at least 10 cars directly in front of our house without encroaching on our neighbors properties. Our street is not a cut through, and is pretty much only used by the residents.
