Great West Side of Town Meeting Space (I70 & Ward)
About the Space
Holds 10-15 comfortably and can be set up either training style or conference style with 6 tables that conform to either style. We have the Meeting Owl Pro for HD Smart video conferencing as well as 80 inch TV for presenting or Zoom. We also have conference phone set up. There are two bathrooms available for use and an attached kitchen for bringing in lunch. There is a separate entrance/exit for this space with convenient close proximity parking. Coffee & Water is included at no extra charge. (Must request coffee so we can have it made) Located 5 minutes off of I70 and Ward road this is a fantastic meet up space for anyone needing to host something on the west side of Denver. The conference room is hosted by a tech company so assistance is available if having difficulty getting meeting set up.

The space is cleaned in between meetings with no back to back meetings to accomodate for this.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
