About the Space
The space is located in a converted 1930's warehouse apartment tucked away in a quiet alley behind Kingsland Road, East London. Furnished in an eclectic bohemian style with vintage and antique interiors. Featuring a Tiki Bar, stage area kitchen & bathroom and a veritable jungle of houseplants. Overhead skylight provides plenty of daylight or can be blacked out by prior arrangement. 1200sqft main space, located on the 1st floor with good access via a large staircase. Permits available for parking in the alley way, or car park can be hired separately. This no through road is ideal for support vehicles and additional outdoor shots. Our rates vary according to usage and are dependent on the crew size, scale and impact of your production. We require a £500 damage deposit to be paid prior to the shoot, fully returnable if no damages. We will send over the details for this as soon as the booking has been confirmed. The space is popular for commercial stills, editorial and campaign photoshoots, music videos, film shoots, interviews, TV production, film production and more. Opening Hours: We generally operate Monday- Friday 9am-6pm but bookings made out of these hours and on the weekend will be subject to additional fees.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
