Enjoy about 2500 sq ft of concrete and decking for entertaining, plenty of room for up to 100 guests. Located near downtown Modesto, you have easy access from the freeway. Whether you are celebrating an anniversary, a birthday or another special event, this is your place. You are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool with an infinity edge and a large hot tub. There is also a large bar area with many bar stools, and a tv. Large patio areas provide shade. There is also a large fire pit with lots of seating, along with several other sitting areas.

There are several trash cans placed in different locations. Please dispose of all trash. There is no need to remove or empty the trash cans. No graffiti filled balloons.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
