About the Space
Our space is perfect for kitchen photo and video productions. Our modern dining area, with its eight comfortable chairs designed by Hans J. Wegner, hosted a few overhead lifestyle shots and offered a creative space for video, photo, workshops, lectures, coaching, and seminars. The entire studio is barrier-free and can be used and individually adapted for different set-ups thanks to the flexible and open floor plan. The layout of the space offers three different environments in one space: kitchen area, shooting/production area, and dining area. The loft has natural sunlight all day long, but if needed can also be shut down automatically. A ceiling height of up to 3.80m enables the flexible use of equipment, which can be transported directly to the location via an elevator. With the help of the large dimmable LED light ceiling on the roof, the entire loft can be perfectly illuminated with different colors. Our curvy island kitchen has been featured in video productions. Both functional and aesthetically pleasing, the well-rounded kitchen island design also allows food production to be perfectly realized and allows recordings from a wide variety of perspectives. What makes our Studio unique is the quality and variety of amenities such as Profoto Light Equipment, props, and backgrounds available for rent for every Style/requisite. Our collection can fulfill all spontaneous ideas and wishes.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
