The space is equipped with a kitchenette, which include a sink, microwave, refrigerator and counter space. A 75inch smart TV and bathrooms are just steps away. The venue also offers ample parking options for guests and is easily accessible via public transportation.

Guest must clean up any and all trash from the event. The garbage disposal area is located inside the building on the first level in the middle of the building by the loading doc area. The loft must resemble the way it looked upon entry. The space will be professional clean and disinfected between events. A cleaning charge is added to the rental fee.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
