The condo has been previously used for filming interviews, web series and podcasts. The layout is open and can be transformed easily. There is a lot of open wall space that can be used for self tapes. There is a giant sectional and love seat that can be used for comfort, but is also aesthetically pleasing. The furniture has a very glam look that works well on film. The living room boasts a 65 inch tv above a fireplace that can be used for filming as well as to play back footage. The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances. There are also brand new lighting features throughout the space. There is a separate room that features an office and bed that can also be rented for studying/working. The condo is located near restaurants, stores and parks.

A professional cleaner is hired between bookings to ensure that the place is safe for all guests. Masks and gloves are available and furniture can be rearranged for proper social distancing.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
