Space rental is available for dance, yoga and fitness classes, auditions, photo shoots, meetings and more. Duet Dance Studio has 2 studio spaces. Studio A is 2000 sq. ft and can hold up to 50 people and Studio B is 1000 sq. ft and can hold up to 30 people. Studio A’s features and amenities include: - North facing, floor to ceiling windows perfect for photo shoots - An open space with wood floors - A pro sound system - Mirrors - Benches and chairs - 6 ft. folding table - Lounge area - Central heat and A/C - Wifi * Studio A is located on the 2nd floor. The building does not have elevators and is not wheelchair accessible.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
