This space welcomes film, television, and music video production as well as photography, art exhibits, acting classes, listening parties, premieres, and more. Our custom layout gives the mind inspiration to create and innovate. What your booking includes: -the warehouse (36' x 43') with green screen (32' x 12' x 20') and lounge area -living room -conference room -dressing room with vanity -kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, sink, and coffee bar -bluetooth speaker -team member onsite

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
