This spacious backyard is approximately .75 acres. It is completely fenced in with white vinyl. There is a large flat grassy space and a rock lined mulch path through the wooded portion of the yard. There are many mature trees, both evergreen and seasonal. There is a rustic full-size wooden tee-pee hidden in the wooded area. There is a kids agility line with ropes and rings. The yard is excellent for hosting events, playing with kids and dogs, photo shoots, tent camping, star-gazing, outdoor filming, and has many options for natural background scenes. There is a small sitting area with reclining chairs, and a hammock. There is a fire-pit which may be used upon request. Renters may move and adjust any non permanent items in the yard as needed.

After each guest, the yard is thoroughly cleared of any remaining debris or trash. Chairs, gate handles, and hard surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
