Our modern conference room is suitable for 6-8 guests and features a large television, a glass whiteboard, and other amenities to accommodate both virtual and in-person meetings. In addition to dedicated space for all your intimate event needs, Pillars has a nonprofit organization that also offers membership opportunities, events, workshops, and resources our community needs to succeed. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning and Damages Clients are expected to return to the facility in how they received it. The Client is responsible for regular cleaning of reserved areas after the project concludes, including the disposal of ALL trash generated in the dumpster on-site, removal of any materials or decorations, sweeping rental floors, cleaning the kitchenette, ensuring that bathrooms are orderly, and bathroom trash is taken out. Any leftover food MUST be removed from the premises. All spills must be wiped up. Pillars will be responsible for mopping the floors; however, food or spills left on the floor will result in the forfeiture of part of all of the cleaning/damage deposit. Any costs associated with cleaning and damages related to the project that is deemed above and beyond the normal wear and tear are subject to forfeiture of part or all of the deposit. Any damages exceeding the deposit amount are the responsibility of the Client.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
