Our large private backyard, 32’ × 16’ swimming pool, and hot tub are available as an optional add-on to your reservation. The outdoor space provides an additional setting for lifestyle, swimwear, fitness, family, summer, wellness, and commercial content while allowing your production to capture both indoor and outdoor scenes at one location. Backyard + Pool + Hot Tub Add-On: $250 per booking Pool and hot tub use must be requested and approved before the reservation. Production Details Capacity: Up to 25 people Minimum booking: 3 hours Setup, breakdown, loading, and cleanup must take place within your reserved time.
