The property has a large back yard where each unit has their own area, with large communally shared extension at the back.
We welcome pets, however there will be an additional $25 cleaning fee for your booking.

We are 8 minutes drive away from Downtown Halifax and only 4 minutes to Downtown Dartmouth.
We don't provide wood for the fire pit. This can be purchased locally.
Mobility Access - Guests will have to walk on steps in order to access the unit and also the back yard.

Health and Safety Measures
We have our own cleaning company who does cleaning at the property every after guest checks out.
The standard cleaning fee is $30.
If you are using the beds and laundry is required - there will be an additional cleaning fee of $20 to pay.
This would mean a total cleaning fee of $50
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
