Beautiful heritage loft with natural light located in the heart of Gastown, Vancouver. Cozy Loft is ideal for lifestyle photography, portraiture, interview style productions, videography, intimate gatherings and catered events. There is a rush of natural light with two large windows surrounded by exposed brick, high ceilings, concrete floors and beautiful wooden beams. The soundproofed concrete walls make this the perfect space for film and production. The 750 square foot space has many many prop items, seating options and decor to set up your perfect shot. The light in the studio is beautiful from sunrise to sunset and it can be used in many different ways by using the shutters to control lighting. Side Notes: - WIFI is available to you and perfect if you are looking to livestream. - There is a courtyard at the lobby entrance that is completely enclosed. This serves as a perfect "holding" area or for food and beverage for larger crews. - The elevator is large and industrial. We look forward to having you! We take serious measures to ensure the space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning service by professional cleaners. High touch surfaces and shared amenities are disinfected after every rental.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
