✨Our space is available to rent for both private and public events! ✨ Events can be anything from: 🎉 Birthday Parties 🍼 Baby Showers 🎶 Live Performances 🎨 Art Shows 🕺 movement-based classes 💲Markets-style events 📸 & Photoshoots We offer a large, open space with mobile seating options, a 10x10ft stage, and a vibrant aesthetic with highly customizable lighting options. We make it easy for you to throw a beautiful event with minimal decoration expenses! Currently, we have 50 chairs (one is bar height), 3 double-sided booths & 1 single-sided, and 5 tables. There are four 72" L x 30" W tables and one 4ft W x 2ft L table. *The speakers are intended for connecting a personal device and are not suitable for live performance/music* We have a small parking lot on site and a larger lot nearby that is available on the weekends! Plus, there is street parking all around the area. Please note that alcohol is not allowed at public events, and private events are legally required to obtain an ABC banquet license. Health and Safety Measures
We make sure the space cleaned and bathrooms stocked prior to any use. Please make sure to leave the space as you found it. Make sure to return furniture and other items to their designated locations (booths live anywhere). Make sure to clean up any spills, debris, or significant mess created during the event. Cleaning supplies can be found in the first bathroom closet. Make sure ALL lights are turned off and both doors are locked before leaving.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
