About the Space
Our home is located in Newtown, Connecticut in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our property sits atop a hill on 20 acres of pristine farmland. Our vantage point allows spectacular views from every angle of our home and we can handle large crews with ample parking available. The interior of the home has been painstakingly updated over the past few years resulting in a modernized but organic feeling with each space being intentionally curated.

Our home is professionally cleaned every week and always between bookings (if closer than a week in duration).
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
