This space can be used as a photo studio w/ a separate lounge or use both rooms together for a myriad of other creative uses…see room descriptions below. - The White Room : Enter this bright, minimalist, multi-purpose space, equipped with (3) Photo Backdrops and Basic Lighting. *Additional equipment rentals available if desired. The White room is a 2nd floor (corner unit) walk up with 10’ high ceilings, neutral grey wood flooring, beauty desk, computer, internet, and natural light all day for an energetic and open air feel. Perfect for photoshoots, headshots, portraits, corporate photos, product / merchandise shots, video, and green screen. *Other uses for this space have included model / actor castings, intimate mixers, yoga sessions, private dance lessons and more. - The Mood Room : Using warmer and more colorful tones, this room was designed for both comfort and to inspire creative thought. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
