We are located in a Heritage Building in the heart of Vancouver on Main St. We are the first tenants in our space, and it has been used for storage for the last 100 years. We are also above an old Speak Easy that was running during prohibition. There are plenty of eclectic and local coffee shops, restaurants and small businesses in the area, as well as bike lanes and local neighborhood parks. Our space is 3600sq ft on the ground floor, with 5 stairs and a lift available. We have an accessible washroom as well. Our main space is large and open, and the furniture is mobile. We have 6 tables and chairs to seat 60. We also have access to a sensory space, a small gym, kitchen area. We also have 3 private offices that are available for an additional charge. We are located in a main area that is accessible by transit. There is public parking in the alley as well as metered street parking. Our occupancy is 60.
