About The Xtreme Studio
Our Spacious and centrally located Events-Meeting-Conference Room offers an open layout that enables flexibility and customization to accommodate various events.
Rental includes ten executive mobile training tables with two locking wheels, gray and charcoal (72" L x 18" W x 29"), and 30 adjustable armless swivel black desk chairs with wheels. Also, two additional tables with black tablecloths are available. The Studio has been painted in neutral colors, exuding a professional yet inviting atmosphere for guests. TV with HDMI cable also included in rental. The kitchen has a mini fridge, sink, and microwave—a private bathroom inside the premises.
Also, quick heads up – for setup and breakdown, it's essential to factor in those before selecting your hours. For instance, if your session is 3 hours long, we suggest renting the studio for 4 hours to ensure you have enough time for setup and cleanup.
For your convenience, our space is inside a Plaza with several and excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Outside catering is allowed. Please be our guest!

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and disinfected by guidelines from local health authorities and between bookings.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it in; this includes if furniture is relocated. Please no nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be removed entirely. If space is not restored to the original condition, an additional cleaning fee and any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
