    Located in Littleton, our club house offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, networking, and presentations. The high ceilings and tall windows will elevate any business off-site! Versatile enough to host groups up to 35 people. Seating for up to 30 guests, with Wi-Fi throughout the space. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: Kitchenette Lounge Area: - Long kitchen island with 3 stools - Lounge seating for 5 - Microwave, sink, 2 food warmers, 2 mini fridges, dishwasher *TVs unavailable for use Conference Area: - Conference table that seats 8 - Sliding doors (don't close fully but provide privacy) - Mini-fridge - Bench seating for 4 *TV unavailable for use Computer Area: - Table with seating for 4 - Bench seating for 3 - PC available for use with printer - TV screen (HDMI connection only, cord not included) *Macintosh computer has been removed Game Area: - Pool table - Shuffleboard table - Mini-fridge - 3 high-top tables, seat 2 each *TVs removed *Fireplace not available for use *Ice machine not available for use *Only the TV in the computer area is available for HDMI use.     Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30 day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
