This is a small flat, outdoor ranch perched on top of a hill, with sweeping panoramic views. Face north to the mountains and rolling hills and it looks like you're in the remote Italian countryside; you'd have no idea the location was in LA. Or face west to the cityscape and sunset, and capture the quintessential LA views. The property is a small urban farm which houses two adorable goats, a mini pony, and chickens, along with barns and stalls where all the animals live. All the animals are tame, and can be held and used in shots for an additional fee (please select the Add On for each animal). If you want that western ranch vibe, this is your spot! We also have access to a stunning view of the downtown skyline and sweeping fields with Mountain Views. This is available as an Add-On because it a slightly separate location and requires a chaperone to access through a locked gate. Only a stripped-down crew operating on foot will be allowed for these shots. The rest of the crew can remain on our farm property nearby. If you want to get shots in these rolling hills and grasslands, you will need to select the Hillside Add-On for the hours you intend to shoot there. This property is perfect for photoshoots or small-scale film productions looking for an outdoor location with unique and stunning backdrops, or for a ranch/farm/western/rural feel. Ideal for fashion, lifestyle, music videos, portraits, etc. A couple important notes: -This is an undeveloped, rustic, all-outdoors property without power or bathroom on site. -A trailer or tent may be available for changing, or you are welcome to bring something of the sort. -Electrical can be provided for an additional fee ($50) and there are public restrooms at the bottom of the hill close by. -This property is best suited for smaller productions using handheld cameras/minimal equipment. Large box trucks and heavy rigging are not suitable for this space. -The property will be more green and lush in the early spring (March-may) but other times of the year it may be dry and/or dirt (we can't control this, it's just the LA climate!) the green grass and yellow flowers only appear in the late spring.
