First Floor DTLA Creative Loft with Beautiful Natural Light & Flexible Open Space

With ample flex space, our downtown LA loft is perfect for: team meetings, dinners, birthday parties, photoshoots, video shoots, content creation, interviews, cooking shows, lookbooks, and anything else you or your team needs. What sets our space apart is our 7ft x 6ft mirrored wall - perfect for choreographers and fitness routines. Our 1.100 sq ft space, two story loft is located in the Arts District in DTLA. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer great natural light throughout the day and our neighborhood offers ample outside shooting possibilities. While our complex doesn't allow large outdoor production without clearence, we have shot short form videos and still photos around the building and neighborhood. The studio has the ability to be configured in any way that best suits your needs. All furniture pieces have been carefully selected to be mixed and matched and placed in different areas of the loft. If you are a smaller production that might need help moving furniture pieces, please let us know during booking so we can have someone present to help you. That being said, this is our personal living space that we want to share with you so please respect our loft like it was your own. If you borrow something, move furniture or make a mess - please put it back and clean it up. If you break something, please notify us. Features: - Floor-to-ceiling windows. Windows are west facing and get direct light in the morning. - Floor-to-ceiling cement feature wall - Functioning kitchen, which includes a 7ft kitchen island and three bar stools. If you use any cookware or kitchen equipment, please properly wash them before leaving. - Functioning bathroom. If you need additional towels, please let us know and we can supply those. - Outdoor gated patio with Article patio chairs and coffee table. - Cognac leather couch perfect for photoshoots, interviews and intimate events. - 7ft x 6ft mirrored wall - High speed internet - Sony XG500 MEGA BASS™ Portable Bluetooth Wireless Speaker - 84" black wood dining table that can comfortably seat 8. This is a very heavy table and offer furniture sliders to help move it. - Clothes steamer - Central heat and air inside unit - Fitness equipment which includes booty bands, foam roller, ab roller, and Power Block weights. - Camera tripod, phone tripod, C-stand, and black, white and gray seamless backdrops are available for use. If you plan to use the backdrops, please let us know during booking. * Max. capacity of 16 people. * Only the first floor is offered to the public. ★ You are required to clear the premises within 15 minutes of scheduled wrap time. ★ We have hard in and hard out times please do not show up before your scheduled start time and we need to see taillights at your scheduled end time. As stated above we will give a 15 minute grace period but if you are on our property after that you will be charged for the full hour. The restroom is located on the first floor and the loft is self check-in and check-out. The Arts District is a very walkable neighborhood with Grow Grocery Store, Boxx Coffee, Breadlam sandwhiches, Wurstkuche, Manuela, Bavel, Camphor, Salt & Straw, and many local breweries within 5 minutes of the loft.
