With 40 sq m of space, this studio offers plenty of room to bring your creative vision to life. It comes with an additional kitchen/diner, two gender-neutral toilets, a changing area, and ample storage, it's the perfect choice for everything from intimate meetings to large-scale productions. This studio has beautiful reclaimed oak floors, large warehouse style windows, load bearing exposed beam, exposed brick. Everything and more to give it that warehouse feel. This studio has the possibility of connecting to our library space (which works perfectly as a green room).

We have a team of professionals who come in between bookings to make sure the space is clean and ready for the new arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
