Get your collaboration on in this bright naturally lit space. The El Capitan Meeting Room seats 10 to 12 at a large conference room table. Project your content or presentation on a 58″ Flat screen monitor, and brainstorm on two large whiteboards When you need a break, french doors open to the front work and meeting deck area. We are also strategically located next to Draughtsmen Aleworks for a post meeting beer, wine and cider options and Milestone BBQ for a delicious lunch menu.

We clean our space daily and clean meeting rooms after each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
