Revitalized 1920s Bungalow in Heart of East Austin

Entire house (other than locked closet) is available. It’s a great space for a private dinner party, or photo or video shoot. Fully stocked kitchen. Main living area is open space concept and includes a kitchen island with 3 stools, dining table with 6 chairs and a sitting area with a large coffee table. The outdoor living room is enclosed on 3 sides. The walls are finished with the house’s original shiplap wood. There are hand carved floating shelves to place candles on for mood lighting. There is an outdoor dining table with bench and chairs. We like to cover the bench with blankets and set the table with lots of candles. The whole outdoor living room fits 6-12 people comfortably. There are two bedrooms- one King bed and one Queen- each with en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an outdoor shower.
