Private yard surrounded by farm fields. Space available is an acre of land with mature trees and gardens. The property is located on a private road, and there are multiple wineries within a five minute drive. PERFECT FOR ENTERTAINING Baby showers Photography Small events Wedding and family photos Etc.. You will have access to the driveway and entire front yard, including the front deck. Depending on the time of year, the deck will come with deck furniture. There is a fire pit in the front yard, but due to the fire ban, it is not usable.

Since it is an outdoor space with no high touch areas and lots of natural light and air, it is a perfect spot to have an event for those who are immunocompromised. We ensure that all garbage is removed between bookings, and that the yard is restored to it's original condition. If deck furniture is available and used, then all furniture is sanitized between bookings.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
