About the Space
Located in North Decatur in between Hwy 285E and 85N within 15 mins of the city of Atlanta, New construction open concept town home with large layout of dinner, living and kitchen space. The space is filled with fresh house plants with a touch of modern minimalist decor. With 15 feet ceilings and luxury finishings the space brings in a lot of natural sunlight. The kitchen includes a 15 foot island great for hosting with a state of the air 6 range stove. The living area holds a comfy L-shaped transitional couch perfect for gatherings or meetings. The entire second floor with a spacious living room, the entrance & hallway, dining space, and kitchen is available for perfecting your film! Smoking and pets are not allowed. Furniture may be moved or rearranged, with permission, but must be put back in its original location at the end of the event. Shoes are not allowed in the house. Must wear protective booties that will be offered.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
