About the Space
Space works great for photo shoots, video production, podcasting, and small meetings. This is an L-shaped, mostly open space. All furniture available for use or can be moved aside if preferred. Two large north-facing windows and one West-facing window. The space has grey “wood look” vinyl flooring with 2 rugs (which can be rolled up if preferred) The walls and ceiling are flat white. 10 chairs and 2 folding tables available for use. 12 folding chairs also available for use upon request. Wifi, wall mounted monitor, 3 web cameras, 2 microphones, hdmi cords, and 2 ring lights available for use. This is a second floor space and there is no elevator. Do not disturb other tenants in the building. Keep all restrooms locked (keys provided)

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
