This location is great for parties for all ages. There are plenty of shady trees and grass for outdoor games. The space is also pet-friendly This is a very large lot with a 20 x 20 cement slab under the trees with four picnic tables available for use with the rental fee. This space would also work well for a casual outdoor wedding or rehearsal dinner. There is plenty of space to bring in a couple of food trucks (or mobile bar) and still have plenty of space for guests to relax and have fun. With the proper planning, a nice micro-wedding would also work very well here. There is also an outdoor bar, covered patio, and covered porch which is currently included with the rental fee.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
