About the Space
This light-filled, eclectic space is ideal for content creation, photography or film shoots, interviews, or daytime events in a cozy, home-like setting. The large west-facing windows drench the space in natural light, both direct and indirect, making it wonderful for photos and video. This is my personal home where I live and use as an art studio, which can be used to your advantage if you are looking for a space that is well-curated, yet somewhat lived in, as shown in the photos. You are welcome to move some furniture around and bring props. No furniture or props can be stored in the hallway, however, if you have a storage solution for my furniture, I am willing to allow for items to be moved in and out to suit your needs and vision. This will require a deposit. I am excited to work with you to figure out how to make my space work for your creative needs!

Disinfecting of all hard surfaces and high-touch areas including but not limited to light switches, door knobs, handles, etc done between bookings. Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and washing of ALL linens including throw blankets and throw pillows is done between bookings.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
