This package is perfect for a client that wants a club vibe and does not want a sit-down dinner. This setup requires an additional $200 setup fee for the lounge furniture only to be added. We are a semi-blank canvas that's customizable to your themed event -NO hanging from the walls or the ceilings, and NO nails a $100 damage fee will be charged -NO Confetti or Glitter balloons a $100 cleaning fee will be charged CLEANING EXPECTATIONS -Remove all belongings that you bring into the space (including decor, balloons, food, drinks, and all trash) -Take the trash out in the kitchenette and both restrooms after your event and put it inside the Dumpster in front of the building -We provide cleaning supplies and trash bags -Additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged, if client has an excessive cleaning and does not do removal or cleaning from themselves from their event BOOKING CALENDAR -Please book your reservation with enough time to setup and clean up. 6-8 hours is recommended if you are decorating -We sanitize and clean restrooms, kitchenette, floors and high touch areas with top grade 99% disinfectants -Tours are available before booking. Health and Safety Measures

We allow 1 hour during each booking to thoroughly clean with top quality disinfectant, sweep, mop, cleaning of tables, and bathrooms.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
