About the Space
A huge mansion with an impressive elevation, huge lawns, a tennis court, a swimming pool, a pool table, hot tub and Air hockey. Suitable for video shoots. The place is on a quite court and fenced on all sides to allow privacy. The house has played host to video shoots for reputable Canadian production houses. NOTE: The furniture in the house may be different from the pieces shown in the pictures.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I recently rented this location for a music video shoot, the staff were professional, helpful. 5 stars all the way! Will definitely be back for future shoots.

Was a good shoot. Had a good time. I’m leaving 5 stars because Amarjeet was a great host. He made sure to be available for me to contact him at all times. Polite and accommodating. The home looked amazing. The inside was great as well. The only improvement I think could have been made would have been the pool being clean. That me being critical. Other than that amazing place to do a shoot. Even maybe a pilot or a TV series.

Would NOT recommend. Sexual advances from owners, very minimal furnishing, personal items scattered. We arrived at the allotted time, to be greeted by the owner and told to wait to come in while they clean up. Upon entering, the set was littered with the owner's personal items; TV, PlayStation, toys, bedding, dishes, etc. There were no dining room sets or chairs present. Furnishing that was present in the photos, was not available, both indoor and outdoor. We used a green couch and coffee table in one of the rooms, but had to move the owner's pull out bed out of the way since it did not match the room. No lawn chairs outside and the pillars were neglected, cracked and falling apart, making backyard pool photos impossible. It took 2 out of 3 hours preparing the set simply because the owners stuff was scattered throughout the home and needed to be returned to their original place when leaving. The owner made rude remarks about us moving their stuff and taking too much time, even though the owner's deceit cost us precious time and money. They even attempted to charge us for an extra half hour even though we left on time. The owner's son gave off innuendo to one of our models that they can stay after we leave. The owner's music was playing throughout the entirety of our session. Overall TERRIBLE experience. Disingenuous owners. We will never come back and recommend anyone considering this place to skip it.

Host was extremely friendly and accomadating. Took his time to show the whole space and recommend a few spaces that would be exceptionally photogenic. The whole experience was hassle free and very convenient. Would highly recommend this phenomenonal host!
