About the Space

Open floor plan that’s in a super convenient area. Newly renovated and ready to accommodate your needs. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us. We do offer a discount for anyone looking to rent the space weekly or monthly. Inquire within to see if we can meet your business needs. Fully functioning photo studio. Free WiFi. There’s several color backdrops to choose from. Private dressing area for models to change. Clothing rack for outfit display and steamer. Full length mirror. Makeup area with styling chair and table . The space is a blank canvas to fit your needs. Bluetooth speaker to play music. Folding table for snack setup. Mini fridge for use. A basic coffee bar setup can be requested for a small fee which will include: Coffee maker, electric kettle, condiments for coffee/tea, tea bags, and carafes. Please inquire for more details. PLEASE NOTE your session begins at the booking time. If you or your guest arrive early you can change the booking time as long as the space is available, but there is a fee which is the same price as the booking fee per hour. Be sure to plan setup/prep time, photoshoot time, debrief time, and break down time while booking. Typically a recommended minimum of 2 hours is needed to complete a successful shoot. In this time it would include briefing, setting up, hair, makeup, grooming, photos, breakdown/clean up, debriefing… But you can book for as long as you see fit. Just be sure to plan your time accordingly. Your booking ends once the last person leaves. We are pretty flexible so just contact us with any concerns. Walking distance to the redline train stations. The highway is about a 10 minute drive. There’s a parking garage a short walk, but there’s free street parking. There’s a handicap spot in front of the building. The building is handicap accessible. Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
