This space has everything you need for larger team meetings, professional presentations, training, workshops, and more! The Kitsilano meeting space is available during our coworking business hours; Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm! AMENITIES INCLUDED Kitchenette with microwave, and a coffee maker with hot water dispenser Glassware for up to 12 people Local, organic tea and coffee Large boardroom tables and seating for up to 12 Additional chairs available if needed Large whiteboard Large 65" television screen, included with HDMI and USB-C cords High-speed internet Quick access to washrooms and our main co-working area. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
