This Penthouse is a 4000 sqf indoor space within the famed FlowerSchool NY - an urban oasis in the Flower District that features a bar room (1100sft) and a loft space (2500sft) and can host private and corporate events with up to 2250 guests. We also control a 4000 sqf exclusive-use roof deck open all year around offers a breathtaking view of downtown Manhattan and Hudson Yard and is set up with a communal dinner table and lavish plants. Fall/Winter (indoor only): 600/hour VENUE RENTAL + $2,600 FOOD & BEV MINIMUM = $5,000 MINIMUM Spring/Summer (indoor+rooftop): 1000/hour VENUE RENTAL + $3,000 FOOD & BEV MINIMUM = $7,000 MINIMUM

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
