Welcome to our charming 2 bed, 1 bath guesthouse in Midtown Phoenix, located in the friendly and walkable St. Gregory neighborhood—just 10 minutes from downtown, stadiums, Roosevelt Row, and the airport. This cozy space is perfect for up to 4 guests (or 6 with an air mattress upon request) and features one queen bed and one double bed. Enjoy exclusive use of the hot tub (water is replaced before each stay), a propane fire table, and a shared backyard with a gas grill and patio lights. Inside, you’ll find a 75" Smart TV with all major streaming apps, a retro arcade cabinet with thousands of games, fast Wi-Fi, and a workspace in the living room. The fully stocked kitchenette includes an air fryer, microwave, griddle, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, fridge, dishes, and utensils. We also provide pool towels, bath essentials, and baby/toddler gear upon request. There’s parking for 1–2 cars in the driveway and ample street parking. For outdoor fun, Encanto Park is nearby, and we offer an inflatable kayak and paddleboard for rent. A coworking space is just a 5-minute walk away. The guesthouse has a private entrance and a visible security camera in the main room that is unplugged before your stay. We’re always available via text and typically respond within 10 minutes—happy to offer local tips and help with anything you need during your stay.
