The private wooded area is perfect for a peaceful walk or a picnic. There also dining area located inside the house. The highlight of this property is the huge, well-shaped fire pit, which is perfect for roasting marshmallows or enjoying a cozy evening under the stars. Events are allowed for up to 15 people, making it the perfect spot for intimate gatherings. Two bedrooms downstairs are perfect for your little ones to rest at! Cold days, np! Gas pit inside of the house will keep you warm!

Our cleaning process includes wet vacuuming both inside of the house to remove any dirt, dust, or debris. We also sanitize all surfaces, including countertops, tables, and bathroom fixtures, to ensure that they are free of germs and bacteria.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
