Boho/Trad English Country House in North London

Our building is unique. It feels like a traditional English manor house, but with tasteful boho features, and it's conveniently located in Muswell Hill, North London. Although it's one of 20 houses in the street, its interior and exterior are both original and yet quite different - and very stylish. We have two beautiful, large, living rooms fronting the street; one has exposed brickwork, exposed studwork, Downpipe Grey paintwork and a black cast-iron stove. The other is white and you can repaint it, as you like, to suit your needs. Both rooms are accessed off a front porch, internal vestibule and elegant hallway with its original Palladian wooden arch and terrazzo mosaic flooring. Other rooms are also available: more info on request. The bathroom/scullery has a Victorian clothes airer and exposed ceiling joists. Ceilings are 2.8 metres (9 ft 2 ins) high throughout. All the spaces are at ground-floor level, so access and setting up is easy, and the rooms can be easily daylight lit from outside. There are no parking restrictions in the street; we also have a parking space of our own. The front facade faces south-west, and enjoys afternoon sun. At the rear is a slate-paved patio courtyard garden with wild planting and, in the Spring, superb flowering wisteria. There are also two rectangular ponds with fish and frogs.
