Fabulous backyard perfect for casual party space! This modern backyard space, located in a quiet residential neighborhood, has ample seating and shaded areas. Perfect for a social gathering, happy hour, team meeting, or other gatherings. Included in the venue is a rear covered patio/deck with two BBQ grills (wood and gas), seating area, which has propane fire pit and wireless speakers. Additionally, the backyard has a 4-person hot tub that can also be utilized for an extra cost. The venue can fit about 20 people. With two seating areas for 8-10 people; outdoor fire pit and the covered patio. 4 seats around a square outdoor table with fire feature in the center; 6 seats on the covered patio/deck; four super-plush and comfy chairs; small outdoor sofa. The covered back patio is well-appointed and overlooks the lovely landscaping, pool and hot tub. You may bring in additional rental tables, chairs, etc. Backyard is accessible by a side gate. There is one bathroom available for guests and it is located in the living room. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
