About the Space
This vacation home can be used for production shoots such as films, music videos and photoshoots. It is also a great space to host events such as meetings and parties. In the house, there is a 75" TV in the living room with 3 couches. There is also a sunroom with an additional 45" TV and 2 couches. All of the couches can fold out into a bed. There are also 3 bedrooms which can be used however you'd like. Also feel free to rearrange any furniture to your needs. The pool area has a spectacular view of the mountains and surrounding areas. It is also just a great place to relax and have a cup of coffee or tea.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
