Completely enclosed gated yard area, the backyard is a beautiful view and resort that includes a private spa, Baja shelf, and infinity pool with lights. No entrance into the home. All door and window will be down for event privacy. See house rules for more detailed info. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. Gorgeous outdoor fully equipped BBQ area with mini fridge and sink. A fire pit area with seating, recessed lighting. A massive turf area surrounded by beautiful trees. We have a big garden down the hill as well.

This is a backyard space only and we will have everything cleaned and pressure washed. We have a Gardner, pool man and housekeeper to keep the space clean.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
