Our team ensures that the entire space is thoroughly cleaned both before and after every event, relieving our guests of any cleaning responsibilities. We understand the importance of providing a clean and welcoming environment, allowing our guests to fully enjoy their time without any worries. Our dedicated staff takes care of all the cleaning tasks, so our guests can focus solely on their decorations, food, and personal items used for decorating the space.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
