Bi-level hip upbeat and bright commercial space with tall ceilings available for Off-Site Meetings, Professional/Personal Events, Pop-Up Retail. 715 square feet layout with 6-person white leather swivel chairs at a plug-ready conference table, multiple white boards, airplay-ready Samsung Frame TV monitors on rolling stands, stand/sit desks with graphic monitors, comfortable sectional sofa with Frame TV, kitchenette (everything but the oven/stove), champagne/wine buckets, Lavazza pod coffeemaker and teas, printer, wi-fi guest network, bathroom and cloak room to hang your coats and things. Sonos available for your playlist. Nest thermostat. Sanitizer pumps ready for you. Dyson hot/cool hepa-filter air circulator is available upon request. * Bleach-based cleaner on high-touch surfaces, kitchen and bathroom facilities after each new rental group. * Sanitary items are available: disposable masks, gloves, hand sanitizer. * Request guests to use hand sanitizer upon arrival and after bathroom use. * Request unused personal items be kept in cloak room; an additional sink is available within for hand-washing/sanitizing. * Dyson HEPA filter rotating air conditioning can be in use from middle of entire space.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
