Outdoor patio has heaters and a/c as well as a gas fireplace and ceiling fans to maintain comfort no matter the weather. Custom stonework serves as a dramatic centerpiece to patio, accentuating the modern fireplace and 75" TV. This space is ideal as a backdrop for photo shoots, videos and daytime/early evening gatherings. Bridal showers, brunches and small adult gatherings or business meetings are allowed but no late night parties.
