TVs at the home are smart Roku HDTVs which allow for streaming your favorite apps. We offer high speed FIBER internet provided by Cox Cable throughout the entire home. The spacious gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything you need including GE Cafe range, oven, and refrigerator, plenty of counterspace, pots/pans, cooking utensils, dishwasher, filtered water/ice maker, Ninja air fryer/toaster oven combo, microwave, Nutribullet blender, rice maker, crock pot, Keurig coffee machine, and a selection of coffee and teas.

Turn off all lights and ensure all appliances are off along with closing all window shades/drapes. Empty and dispose of all used food items in fridge. Gather all trash and place into exterior trash bin in the back trash alley (gate code 8528) Gather all used towels and used bed sheets and place in a bundle on the floor each room. Load all used dishes into the dishwasher, select cycle and press start Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked. Please lock the smart lock by pressing the 'lock' symbol upon leaving.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
