Great space for lifestyle photography and videography. The space is anchored with a grand queen size reclaimed wood bed and Victorian style antique mirror. The space is perfect for showcasing classic everyday New York living. Partial nudity is ok, but pornographic content of any nature is absolutely prohibited. Also prohibited is any content showcasing minors inappropriately. Violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation. Outside of the aforementioned content, the creative use of the space is limited to the Producer's imagination.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
