Pricing increases for events such as birthday parties, proposals, non profit events, galas, dinner parties, brand launches, vision board parties, wine tasting, and networking events. -Features include (no extra charge): Adequate well lit parking, Custom Bars / DJ booth, Draping, Flower Wall, Peacock Chair, Built in surround sound, Mixer for your Dj, Built in stage, 2 bathrooms, Easy load and unload, Dim/ adjustable lighting, and Chandelier. -Add ons/ for rent for an additional charge: Tables, Clear Chiavari Chairs package ($150) / black linens included, white linens $50 up charge)

Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning is performed between bookings by a cleaning service. Guest are responsible for set up, break down of their event as well as throwing out the trash so food is not left in the the venue overnight.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
